Ingredients
- 650gtomatoes
- 1large onion
- 3cloves of garlic
- 1tablespoon of crushed fresh ginger
- 1turmeric
- 1coriander
- 1cumin
- 1Ancho pepper
- 50gbutter
- 1a pinch of ground cardamom
- 1Sweet paprika
- 500gminced chicken
Preparation tips
Prepare a marinade with: the juice of a lemon, Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of crushed fresh ginger, 1 clove of pureed garlic, 1 carton of paprika, 1 carton of turmeric and 1 teaspoon of Garam Masala. Coat the chicken well with this marinade and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
In a pan, brown the onion. Add ginger, garlic. Ad
d the tomatoes, turmeric, cumin, coriander, chili pepper. When the tomatoes are cooked through, almost pureed. Mix everything.
Then brown the sliced chicken in a pan. Add the butter and cardamom. If necessary, a teaspoon of garam masala. Add the mixed tomato sauté. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, while adjusting the flavors and monitoring consistency. (must not tie).
Serve with basmati rice and fresh coriander leaves.
